This free introductory zumba class is held privately & exclusively for our members! Feel the hypnotic rhythm of Latin and international music. You'll enjoy this muscle-pumping, calorie-burning blast as you lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape. This class is for beginners, so the skill level & intensity are low-to-medium. It's fun, upbeat & easy-- adjustments can be made for low-impact exercise.

Note: You must RSVP to attend. We were asked to follow Lifetime Athletics guest protocols-- we just need to give them a list of the names of attendees prior to the event (for the purpose of knowing who is in the building-- they want to ensure the safety of all members and non-members). When you arrive at the gym, please go to the front desk to sign-in!

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. RSVP & bring a friend if you'd like. See you at the gym!

The instructor is tentatively Reem from Lifetime Athletic.
